Integrated Circuits Design Centre (ICDC)

Established since 2003, ICDC assists IC companies in the entire design process by providing low-cost electronic design automation (EDA) tools in a highly secured data centre with IT infrastructure dedicated for IC design.

Adopted as a pilot IC development base by China's Ministry of Science and Technology under the "7+1" agreement.

ISO27001 certified: Standard for Information Security Management System (ISMS). Security threats are reduced through security risk assessment, treatment and over 133 control objectives.

Intellectual Property Servicing Centre (IPSC)

Established in 2006, IPSC assists semiconductor IP suppliers to develop and license IP, including licensing, hardening, integration, verification, and converting soft-core IP (RTL format) to hard-core IP (GDSII format). IPSC also assist users to license the IP from suppliers, and help them to integrate into the IC if necessary. The overall operations are guided by the IP protection law minimizing the risk of legal liability, and IPSC has also adopted isolated secured IT infrastructure to reduce forgery and infringement.

Member of the Greater China Semiconductor Intellectual Property Trading Centre to promote the region's semiconductor IP to the world.

IC Development Support Centre

This unique Centre in Asia provides comprehensive services for IC product development - from tape-out to production release. It comprises of a Probe and Test Development Laboratory; a 5,000 sq. ft. Class 10K Clean Room; a 250 sq. ft. Class 100 Clean Room; several RF Shielded Rooms; a Reliability Laboratory; a Mechanical Shop; a Product Analysis Laboratory; and a Chemical Processing Laboratory.
