Termination

HKSTP may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that HKSTP, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the HKSTP or a third party.

Where personal data is collected in connection with the Services, you should also have reference to the relevant user agreements linked to the form through which your personal data is collected.

In addition, we pledge to meet fully, and where possible exceed, internationally recognizable standards of personal data privacy protection, in complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). All personal information you give us is kept confidential and protected. HKSTP may also provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personal information that uniquely identifies an individual. Currently, we do not sell, trade, give away or rent your personal information to others. We may decide to do so with trusted third-party partners in the future, but you can instruct us not to.
